Seriously, at this time of year it just seems appropriate to reflect on the past year. We’ve gone through some changes here at AMP that I’d like to share with you.
Changes this past year
For starters, we’re finally ONLINE.
After a couple years of friends prodding and poking me to get it done, we went live with the first version of our site in January. And have there been a lot of changes for the better.
We completed a couple of reports and guides to assist business owners with their merchant accounts, whether they are just starting out or have been processing for a while.
So that’s a plus.
And wait to you read the case study coming in January.
On a sad note, we did lose a couple of clients this year who were forced to close their doors. One guy became a friend of mine, and made THE BEST hand-crafted chocolate in the world. But when the economy turned, coupled with a personal family situation, it was just too much to keep the lights on. What a shame.
On a positive note, Kelly joined AMP and has been fantastic. She’s helping me complete the “business in a box” that will hopefully roll out in January. So stay tuned.
I hope the year was a good one, for you, your business, and most importantly your family.
