When it came out of the body shop, all the lines were straight, the paint was flawless and I could not have been more excited!  It looks BRAND NEW!! Someone hit the bumper of my car & left damage, I took my car to AMG, this place is awesome, they pay 30 to 50 percent of deductible, I walked out paying nothing & with a job well done on my car! I had called on a weekend and recieved a call back although Carlos was on vacation out of town. He contacted Adolfo and had everything set up for me to drop off my car, then Adolfo drove me to the car rental facility so I could make it to work.  They worked with my insurance company to get my vehicle repaired efficiently timewise. (Although my insurance would not pay for OEM, everything was great).  When I did get my vehicle back, I noticed some adjusting needed to be done. The company actually came to my work to pick up and fix, bringing it back before I got off work. I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service I recieved. Being a skeptical person, and changing my mind on another auto body shop which my insurance paid without my consent on only a quote, I'm grateful for the wonderful and caring service I received from AMG. I have been once for a fender repair the front fender and they gave me an extremely fair price and the workmanship was fantastic and they did it quickly. What do I do if I have been in an accident?

1. Stay calm, if the accident was with another motorist, exchange insurance information.

2. Call AMG Autobody & Repair at (702) 747-6785 and provide us with your vehicle details (make,model,year), the type of damage incurred, your insurance company and if you have a deductible. WE ACCEPT ALL INSURANCE COMPANIES.

3. If the vehicle is drive-able bring it over to AMG Autobody & Repair

4. If the vehicle is not driveable, don’t worry we can get a tow truck out your way.

5. Once the vehicle is with us we will perform an initial inspection and you will notify your insurance company that the vehicle has been dropped off at “AMG Autobody & Repair” (3730 Capella Ave ste 1).

6. Within 2-3 business days your insurance company will send out an adjuster to take a look at the vehicle for damages and approve the repairs. We keep you up to date on the progress of your vehicle each step of the way until it is finished!

Collision or comprehensive... Will my insurance go up?

Insurance policies usually cover two types of damage: collision and comprehensive.

COMPREHENSIVE:
This type of damage generally will not increase your premium. It covers situations out of your control, including:
• Windshield or glass damage
• Hitting an animal (e.g., deer)
• Storm damage (wind, hail, flood)
• Vandalism or theft (police reports may be required)

COLLISION:
Premiums may go up only if you are found to be over 49% at fault.
• Insurance companies assess fault.
• If not at fault, you won’t pay your collision deductible.
• If found not at fault after paying the deductible, you will be reimbursed.

Collision includes:
• Colliding with another vehicle
• Sliding into objects on ice
• Pothole damage
